We're a small, early studio, so we don't have formal job openings yet — but we're always glad to meet people who'd fit the way we work. Skills matter less to us than how you go about things.
You might fit if you…
- Make things. You'd rather build something real — a level, a tool, a song, a shelf — than talk about building it.
- Stay curious and resourceful. You learn what you need as you go, and a missing skill is a weekend project, not a wall.
- Don't need a title. We're a flat team: you're happy to argue for an idea with evidence, and just as happy to drop it when the evidence says so.
- Cross the creative/technical line. The best work here comes from people who are a bit of both — or who are good at working with someone who's the other half.
- Care about doing it right. Fair to players, honest with each other, careful with people's data, and set on leaving things better than you found them.
- Have fun with it. We make games. If you can't enjoy the work, we're doing it wrong.
The kinds of help we'll need
Game design, art and animation, sound and music, programming, writing, testing, and community — usually more than one at once.
